- Collecting and forwarding customer information and documents to Lending Partners, subject to applicable law and user consent.

AMFYR may use digital platforms, CRM systems, telephonic interactions, WhatsApp, email, SMS, and other communication channels to provide these Services.
7. Loan Facilitation Disclaimer
- AMFYR acts solely as a loan facilitator and Direct Selling Agent (DSA).
- AMFYR does not guarantee loan approval, loan amount, interest rate, tenure, processing fee, disbursement, or any other loan term.
- Loan approval, rejection, sanction amount, pricing, tenure, documentation requirements, and disbursement are determined exclusively by the respective Lending Partner.
- Submission of an enquiry or application through the Website does not create any obligation on AMFYR or the Lending Partner to sanction or disburse a loan.
- AMFYR shall not be liable for any decision, delay, rejection, cancellation, or action taken by a Lending Partner in relation to a loan application.
8. No Guarantee of Loan Approval
The availability of loan products displayed on the Website is subject to the eligibility criteria, policies, risk assessment, and discretion of the respective Lending Partner.
- Meeting the basic eligibility criteria displayed on the Website does not guarantee loan approval.

46. Business Continuity and Service Availability
AMFYR endeavors to maintain uninterrupted access to the Website and Services. - Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA), where applicable
- Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements of Lending Partners
- Other applicable Central and State laws of India
AMFYR may update its processes and these Terms to remain aligned with changes in applicable law.
50. Amendments to the Terms
AMFYR reserves the right to modify, revise, replace, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

51. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
