AMFYR does not sanction or disburse loans. Lending decisions remain with the respective financial institution.

7. Credit Bureau Authorization
The Customer authorizes AMFYR and its lending partners to obtain, access, verify, retrieve and share credit information, credit scores and credit reports from Credit Information Companies including CIBIL, Experian, Equifax and CRIF High Mark for evaluation of financial products and services.
8. Automated Decision Making
AMFYR and its lending partners may use automated systems, algorithms and profiling tools for credit assessment, eligibility evaluation, fraud detection and customer segmentation. Such processing may contribute to lending decisions.
9. TCCCPR 2018 Compliance
Commercial Communication and Marketing Consent
By providing contact details, the customer authorizes AMFYR and its lending partners to communicate through:

- Messaging
- Push Notifications

- EMI reminders
- Service communications
- Promotional offers
All commercial communications shall comply with TCCCPR 2018 and TRAI directions.
10. WhatsApp Consent
By voluntarily providing a mobile number and opting for WhatsApp communications, the customer expressly consents to receive communications from AMFYR regarding loan processing, customer support, account servicing, promotional offers and other related services.
11. Facebook and Digital Lead Consent
By submitting information through Facebook Lead Ads, Instagram Lead Forms, Google Ads, website forms, landing pages or any digital campaign, the customer authorizes AMFYR and its partner financial institutions to contact the customer through phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels regarding financial products and services.
12. Data Principal Rights
Under DPDPA 2023, customers may:

- Withdraw consent

- Lodge grievances
AMFYR shall respond within timelines prescribed under applicable law.
13. Consent Withdrawal Approach
Consent withdrawal requests may be submitted to info@amfyr.com. Verified requests shall be processed as soon as practicable and generally within 30 business days, subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements. Withdrawal of consent may impact AMFYR's ability to provide our full range of loan services and the best customer experience.
